VenueHub Africa — Venue Listing Agreement
By submitting your venue listing, you confirm that: (1) You are the lawful owner or authorised representative of the venue. (2) All information provided is accurate and will be kept up to date. (3) You agree to VenueHub Africa's platform fee of 10% on each confirmed booking, deducted automatically before payout. (4) Payments are processed via secure escrow and released 24 hours after the event date, subject to no dispute being raised by the booker. (5) You will honour all confirmed bookings made through the platform. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event date will incur a penalty of 20% of the booking value. (6) VenueHub Africa reserves the right to delist any venue that receives repeated negative reviews or fails to meet quality standards. (7) Photo and virtual tour content submitted grants VenueHub Africa a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform and in marketing materials. (8) Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012. (9) Disputes between venue owners and bookers will be mediated by VenueHub Africa's resolution team. Final determination will be binding on both parties. (10) This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
